Waukee Police Report: March 28 through April 3
ACCIDENT: 3-30-16 at 1500 hours, Incident #2016-0334 – Vehicles driven by Kailey Engle of Clive, Colten Still of Des Moines, Nancy Wiggins of Urbandale were traveling eastbound on SE University Avenue and were stopped due to heavy school traffic. A vehicle driven by Chloe Sindlinger of Clive came up behind Wiggins’ vehicle and attempted to stop and struck Wiggins’vehicle which then struck Still’s vehicle and caused Still’s vehicle to strike Engle’s vehicle. Total damage estimated at $5000.
ARREST: 3-9-16 at 0008 hours, Incident #2016-0262 – Rebecca Schneider, 37, of Waukee, was arrested in the 500 block of SE Laurel Street on a Polk County warrant for Failure to Appear. It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

ARREST: 3-25-16 at 1450 hours, Incident #2016-0309 – A juvenile male of Urbandale was arrested in the 500 block of SE University Avenue and charged with Burglary 3rdMotor Vehicle and Minor in Possession of Tobacco, 2nd Offense. BURGLARY: 3-7-16 at 2218 hours, Incident #2016-0256 – Emma Molder of Waukee reported a burglary in the 200 block of Ashworth Drive. Items taken valued at $2,100.
BURGLARY: 3-16-16 at 0819 hours, Incident #2016-0283 – Johnathan Crouse of Ankeny reported a burglary in the 700 block of NE Dartmoor Drive. The value of items taken is unknown at this time.
BURGLARY: 3-28-16 at 0732 hours, Incident #2016-0324 – Nathan Groenewold of Waukee reported a burglary in the 3100 block of Grand Prairie Parkway. Items taken valued at $2,000.
BURGLARY: 3-28-16 at 2056 hours, Incident #2016-0325 – Andrea Lingelbach of Waukee reported a burglary in the 700 block of Collins Drive. Items taken valued at $800.
DOG BITE: 3-30-16 at 1843 hours, Incident #2016-0333 – Crystal Peters of Waukee reported a dog bite in the 1100 block of SE Williams Court.
FOUND PROPERTY: 3-23-16 at 2029 hours, Incident #2016-0303 – Goodwill reported finding a bag with an unknown substance in the 100 block of SE Laurel Street.
MISSING JUVENILE: 3-30-16 at 2047, Incident #2016-0335 – Leonardo Ferrigno reported a missing person in the 500 block of SE University Avenue.
MISSING JUVENILE: 3-30-16 at 2345, Incident #2016-0336 – Erica Dennis reported a missing person in the 500 block of SE University Avenue.
